The Towering Symbol of Success The upward pointing arrow denotes a constant striving for higher goals. When construction began on our currrent office in 1996, the team at Hutchins Allen & Company wanted to create an image that represented our philosophy of business and success.  The upward pointing arrow was chosen as a symbol, for all those who pass that our firm, to emphasize achievement, progress and a creative approach to business.  We placed a window near the top of the arrow to serve as a constant reminder that success and growth are impossible without a clear vision.
